This Privacy Policy explains how Homericly LLC (“Homericly LLC,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit roofing.homericly.com, request a site audit or a 14-day build, fill out one of our forms, receive a phone call or text message from us, or otherwise communicate with us. By using the site or communicating with us, you agree to this Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or our services.
1. Information we collect
1a. Information you give us
- Identity & contact data — your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and website.
- Form content — anything you submit through a form: site URL for an audit, feedback on a report, free-text notes, trial requests, and form-specific selections (e.g. ticking the 14-day trial checkbox).
- Communications — the content of emails, text messages, and phone calls between you and us (including call recordings where lawful — see §3).
1b. Information about your roofing business
- Public business information — details about your roofing business available from public sources (your website, business listings, reviews) that we use to prepare your audit, personalize your build, or contact you about an inquiry.
- Audit data — what our automated site-audit reads from the URL you submit: page text, code structure, schema markup, sitemap and robots.txt presence, screenshots of your homepage, and similar signals.
1c. Information we collect automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and time on page.
- Cookies and similar tech — see §6 below.
2. How we use information
- To run the site audit you requested and deliver the report.
- To build, personalize, deliver, and operate your 14-day build and any continuation of it.
- To respond to you, provide support, and fix problems.
- To contact you by email, phone, and text message about your inquiry, audit, build, or our services (see §3 for the rules we follow).
- To operate, secure, and improve the site and our services.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We rely on your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, the performance of a contract with you, and our legal obligations as the bases for processing your information.
3. Communications — calls, texts, and email
When you provide your email address or phone number — or tick a consent checkbox on one of our forms — you authorize us to contact you about your inquiry and any active build, and (if you opted in) to send you marketing communications. The specifics:
3a. Phone calls (TCPA)
We may call you at the phone number you provided, including with autodialed, prerecorded, or AI-assisted calls, about your audit, build, inquiry, account, or — where you’ve consented — about our services and offers. Your consent to such calls is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. You may revoke consent at any time by telling the caller on a live call, emailing roofing@homericly.com, or writing to us at the address below. Calls may be recorded for quality and training where lawful; we will disclose recording at the start of the call when required.
3b. Text messages (A2P 10DLC / SMS)
By providing your mobile phone number on a Homericly LLC form and checking the consent box, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Homericly LLC at that number — including messages sent using an automatic dialing system or AI agents — about your audit, build, account, customer service, and (when applicable) marketing and promotional offers. Standard A2P 10DLC SMS terms:
- Programs & message types. Reports of your site audit, audit corrections, trial-onboarding messages, customer-service replies, account notifications, and — where you opted in — marketing messages about our products and offers.
- Message frequency. Frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Expect a small number of messages around an active build or inquiry, and occasional messages otherwise.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for sending and receiving texts; please check your plan. Homericly LLC does not charge for the messages themselves.
- Reply STOP to opt out. Reply STOP to any text we send to unsubscribe from that program; we may send one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, which returns our name, support email, and a brief explanation of the program.
- Supported carriers. Major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number and the contents of your messages with us are not sold or rented. We only share them with service providers (e.g., our SMS gateway and CRM) under confidentiality, strictly to operate the SMS program for Homericly LLC, or where required by law.
- Re-subscribing. After opting out, reply START or UNSTOP to opt back in, or contact us at roofing@homericly.com.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use our services without consenting to text messages.
3c. Email (CAN-SPAM)
We send transactional emails about your audit, build, and account. With your consent, we also send marketing emails. Every marketing email identifies Homericly LLC as the sender, uses an accurate subject line, includes our physical mailing address, and contains a clear unsubscribe link. We honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email, replying with “UNSUBSCRIBE,” or emailing roofing@homericly.com.
3d. AI-assisted voice and messaging
Some of our calls and messages are sent or answered by automated systems and AI agents. We disclose this in our consent text. The underlying communication is still made on our behalf and subject to this Policy and your opt-out rights.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:
- Service providers (subprocessors). Companies that help us run the platform under confidentiality agreements, including: Amazon Web Services (hosting, email delivery), Vercel (web hosting), Neon (managed Postgres), Telnyx (voice and SMS), our SMS provider for A2P 10DLC, our CRM, analytics providers, and similar tools. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
- Business transfers. If we’re involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale, your information may transfer subject to this Policy.
- Legal. When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- With your consent. For anything else, we ask first.
5. Data retention
We keep audit results, lead information, and communication records for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business and legal purposes — typically up to 7 years for financial and tax records, and up to 3 years for marketing-only contact data where you haven’t engaged. After that, we delete or anonymize the information. You may ask us to delete sooner; see §8.
6. Cookies and similar technology
We use first-party cookies and similar tech for: keeping you logged in to your account; remembering your preferences; measuring traffic and conversion through analytics; and serving session-related functions. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on roofing.homericly.com. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but the site may not work as intended without them.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information — including TLS in transit, encryption at rest on managed databases, role-based access, audit logging, and regular vendor reviews. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we can’t guarantee absolute security.

- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete personal information (subject to legal exceptions).
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
