Are these your tiers or mine?

Yours. Tier names, price points, member benefits — all configured per business. The Shield branding gives you a coherent loyalty story without you naming three things from scratch.

What if I want a fourth tier?

Custom Build Request — typically scoped + shipped in 2–4 weeks. The data model supports arbitrary tier counts; the default UI shows three.

Can I import members from a legacy program?

Yes — CSV import with tier assignment + start date + payment-on-file capture. Stripe handles the billing handoff for existing payment methods you have on file.

What happens to a Shield member if I leave Homericly?

Their subscription transfers to whatever billing platform you pick next — your customer relationships are yours. We hand over the export, the member record, the payment method (where the customer authorizes re-attachment).

Do you charge per active Shield member?

No. Shields run on Stripe; you pay Stripe’s fee on each transaction. We don’t take a per-member cut on top.
